I’ve often said that in the health and wellness continuum, exercise is the easiest piece of the puzzle.

Most people struggle with consistency in nutrition cuz food’s all delicious and what not.

But DAMN mobility work, foam rolling, digging lacrosse balls into your muscles…no one likes that shit🤪

However, it’s all beneficial and you’re doing yourself a disservice if you’re not approaching this from all angles.
