Personal Training is great for individuals who have specific training goals, major injuries or limitations that need to be worked around, or simply desire a program designed specifically for them.
Whatever your goal is, you will achieve THAT! From weight loss, to weight gain, to increased strength, to running a Tough Mudder. I will designe a program tailored exactly for you, utilizing constant analysis and progressing you forward in the most efficient and effective way possible.

ONLINE TRAINING

Online training is a great option for individuals who value a customized workout plan that can be executed on their own time. Workouts are delivered through an online app, and are tailored to each client’s specific needs, taking into account what equipment is available. Whether you have access to a full gym, or just a few things at home, I will design a program fit for YOU.
Because this is a personalized program, your results will be driven by your goals! Some of my online clients just need accountability and consistency, others need to lose a considerable amount of weight. Whatever YOU want to get out of your program, we will work together to make it happen!

​IN-PERSON TRAINING

Do I need to be in shape already?

​ Absolutely NOT. While many people feel they need to lose weight or start working out prior to joining a structured program, the BEST way to begin is under the supervision and tutelage of a professional. Not only will you ensure you’re doing things the right way from the start, you’ll know it’s safe as well.

I have an old injury. Can we work around that?

​ With over 16 years of experience, there isn’t much Marc hasn’t dealt with in his career. Knee/shoulder/back problems, limited mobility, etc, anything can and will be modified as needed to make sure you’re getting the most out of your training.

What assistance is given for nutrition?

Marc provides all his clients with a wealth of resources regarding nutrition, and conversations are constantly being had in the gym regarding this subject. For more in-depth and personalized nutrition coaching, Marc offers 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching as a separate service.

What happens when I miss a session?

All Marc Z Fitness programs include unlimited sessions per month. You are encouraged to come as much as possible, and workouts are planned on a weekly basis. If you miss a day, most likely your fellow gym members will ask where you were and tell you how sore they are from the thing you missed:-)

What happens when I go on vacation or I leave town for lengths of time?

Marc utilizes and online platform to deliver workouts for when you’re on the road. Of course you still have to do it, and Marc is more than happy to hold you accountable to staying consistent while away from the gym.

​IN-PERSON TRAINING

What equipment do I need?

Marc will work with whatever you have available to build a custom program for you. Have access to a big box gym? Awesome! Have a home gym? Great! Have 1 set of dumbbells and the floor? Fanastic! Please keep in mind certain goals may require specific things (i.e. heavier weights), but for most people with general fitness goals, what you have will suffice.

How will I know what to do?

Marc delivers all online workouts through an app which lays out each detail of every workouts. You will be provided with pictures, videos, written descriptions, sets, reps, flow…basically everything you would be told in person is told through the app.

How often will I be required to workout?

In the initial consultation, you and Marc will discuss realistic expectations for frequency and duration of your workouts. Marc will then plan your workouts according to what has been agreed upon. Most people do 3-4X per week, and you can always request more!

What happens when I have questions?

You will have unlimited access to Marc thru text and email, and will have periodic coaching calls. Marc and his phone are besties, so most texts will be responded to within the hour (except for late nights and some weekends). You will NOT be left wondering what to do.
