How is this different from a meal plan?Instead of receiving a list of foods you don’t even like, you will receive coaching on how to fundamentally change your habits, and develop a positive relationship with food. This is lifestyle change, and the long term solution to healthy eating.
What will I be able to eat?Other than medical conditions requiring avoidance of specific foods, nothing is ever completely off limits. The objective is to educate you on what healthy nutrition looks like the majority of the time, while giving you the freedom to strategically still enjoy all your favorite foods (and not some cheap imitation of them, either!).
Will this help my weight loss?The majority of clients who participate in Nutrition Coaching have weight loss goals. Marc will works closely with you to make sure the education you are receiving is paired with actionable steps to ensure your weight loss goals are being attained. And because this is NOT a diet, you can expect to permanently get rid of the weight you’ve been losing and gaining back for years.
